We had a pipe burst that caused damage in excess of $100K. We tried very hard to work with our insurance company, even using their recommended contractor, but try as we might and after months of negotiating they would not agree to provide the funds required to do the repairs. We had no choice but to contact Bloomfield Ros for help, and are we glad we did! Lourdes completely took over the fight within weeks the insurance company agreed to pay the entire estimated amount, plus (and I still shake my head over this) all legal fees! Lourdes is a true professional, is respectful and most importantly was respected by our insurance company. It was very obvious that her experience and industry knowledge was paramount in successfully settling our case. We highly recommend Bloomfield Ros!!!
We had a garage fire with damage in excess of $100K and the insurance company indicated that they have never had to pay out such a large claim for a garage fire. Lourdes was so wonderful in fighting for me to obtain the last portion of the monies owed to complete our restoration. I highly recommend her and her team in any litigation matter. They were always available to talk to me and gave me status updates every step of the way. I would give them 100 stars if I could!
I contacted Roxana Ros back in June 1st of 2020 to file an insurance claim for my unit. We experienced a massive mold issue which turned a simple project into a disaster. Thanks to Roxana Ros she made the process very simple. I was practically hands off of everything. After the insurance company did not respond to me for months on end she was able to get which was a stagnant process moving again. Eventually she was able to get us the amount of money we deserved. Again, thanks to her the process was very simple and hassle free.
I was recommended Lourdes Bloomfield from my property adjuster and I could have not been happier. She explained everything to me, she helped me understanding step by step and she got me a settlement that I am happy with. The communication was excellent and she kept me updated. She was attentive and did a phenomenal job for me.
We contacted Roxanna Ros to help us with a legal matter that we thought we had no hope of winning. Roxanna was understanding, patient and kept us up to date during every step of the process which resulted in a favorable outcome for us. I will most definitely contact Roxanna for any future legal matters.
Testimonials reflect individual clients’ experiences. Every case is different, and past results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
